While the black sea may seem like an isolated body of water, it is actually quite connected to the rest of the world. Ships from all over come to the black sea to trade and transport goods. But how do they get there?

Most ships that come to the black sea come from the Mediterranean sea. They pass through the Bosphorus Strait, which connects the black sea to the Sea of Marmara. From there, they can either enter the black sea directly, or pass through the Dardanelles Strait, which leads to the Aegean sea.

Other ships come to the black sea from the Atlantic ocean, passing through the Gibraltar Strait. This is a much longer journey, but it is still possible.

No matter where they come from, all ships that want to enter the black sea must be careful. The waters can be rough, and there are often strong currents. But with careful navigation, any ship can make its way to the black sea.
