What happened to Shawn Pomrenkes
In season one, Shawn was stabbed in the back during a bar fight and taken to the hospital for a few days. This was a major turning point for his character as it gave him a chance to reflect on his life and what he really wanted to do with it. Shawn decided to leave his old life behind and start fresh, which led to him becoming a private detective.

What happened to Scott Meisterheim on Bering Sea Gold
Scott Meisterheim, 54, of Comstock Township, was arraigned Dec 27 on three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct force or coercion and three counts of domestic violence in Kalamazoo County District Court.
Meisterheim is accused of sexually assaulting a woman on three occasions between May and December 2020, according to court documents.
He is also accused of causing the woman “mental anguish or emotional distress” on three occasions between December 2019 and December 2020, court documents said.
Meisterheim is being held in the Kalamazoo County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
It’s no secret that Vernon Adkison didn’t appear on the 6th season of Bering Sea Gold. What many don’t know is that he continued to mine during this time, just not in front of a camera.
